My name is Darrell Varley and I operate a fully equipped professional bicycle workshop from my home in Harrogate offering service for road bikes and mountain bikes. I also specialise in hand built wheels and custom bike builds.

I have been a bike mechanic for 10 years, starting with my City & Guilds training at The Bike Inn and later becoming workshop manager at a leading independent road bike shop where I gained further experience with a wide range of bikes including prestige brands from Parlee, Cervelo, Look, Colnago, Bianchi, Pinarello and Enigma. Here I also completed my Cytech qualification and numerous bike fitting training courses.

I spent three seasons working with professional road cycling teams and neutral race support up to World Tour level and became a British Cycling and UCI registered mechanic travelling to races across Europe.

You can rest assured your bike will be in safe hands with me and I take pride in delivering the highest possible standards with an almost obsessive attention to detail.

I enjoy road and mountain biking at home and abroad and have competed in road racing, time trials and cyclocross aswell as numerous sportives.
